Sav Reisfelt is the Managing Paralegal on the Employment team at Gomerman | Bourn & Associates, where she works closely with Managing Partner Maria Bourn on cases advocating for employees impacted by discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. With a background in forensic psychology and a passion for helping individuals seek justice, Sav brings a calm, analytical, and client-centered approach to every matter she supports.
About Sav
Before joining the firm, Sav served as a Restorative Justice Specialist with Friends Outside in Santa Cruz County. In that role, she provided reentry support and facilitated cognitive behavioral programs for justice-involved individuals, helping them rebuild stability and self-advocacy in their lives. She later transitioned into the legal field, growing from an intake specialist to a litigation paralegal, where she developed a strong foundation in discovery, case management, and trial preparation.
Known for her composure under pressure and dedication to precision, Sav thrives in the fast-paced environment of litigation. Her training in forensic psychology gives her a unique ability to approach cases with both empathy and insight, qualities that make her an essential part of the team.
