Jessica Rodriguez  is a paralegal at Gomerman | Bourn & Associates. She joined the firm in 2021 and brings more than a decade of experience in personal injury, civil litigation, and federal criminal matters. 

 

Before joining the firm, Jessica worked as a paralegal at the Dolan Law Firm and also served as a legal assistant for the federal criminal division attorneys at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Oakland, California.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology from UC Davis as well as her paralegal certificate from San Francisco State University. Jessica also volunteered with Yolo County Juvenile Hall, where she hosted workshops to build life skills, support critical-thinking activities, and encourage community involvement for detained youth.

 

As part of the personal injury team, Jessica supports two civil litigation attorneys and manages the calendar to help ensure cases stay on track. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and skilled in a variety of software and case management programs. Her attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and clear communication with clients are an asset to the team.

 

In her free time, she enjoys working out, listening to music, and most importantly, spending time with her husband and two children.
