Kimmy Ferrato is the HR Manager and Executive Assistant to Tanya Gomerman at Gomerman | Bourn & Associates, where she combines over 20 years of experience in human resources, executive support, project management, and operations. With a background spanning HR leadership, executive administration, and library media services, she has developed a unique skill set that blends organizational strategy with people-centered leadership.
 

She has spent five years using HR systems focused on employee wellbeing and culture, 15 years supporting executives with precision in calendar and travel management, and five years managing projects that required both high-level planning and hands-on delivery.
 

Throughout her career, Kimmy has led a variety of transformative initiatives. She built and launched a standardized procurement service, spearheaded benefits management and implementation, and oversaw annual budgets exceeding $1.5 million.
 

As a change leader, she has delivered trainings, created frameworks for organizational transformation, and supported teams through periods of transition. Her role as Program Delivery Manager Secondee to Google showcased her ability to operate at scale, while her achievements in process development and communication management reflect her dedication to operational excellence.

No matter the challenge, Kimmy approaches her work with a focus on building a strong workplace culture and ensuring employees feel valued, supported, and engaged.
 

Outside of her professional life, Kimmy is a Safe Families host for children in need and previously served as PTA Treasurer at her daughter’s elementary school. She enjoys attending concerts, binging true crime documentaries, and taking road trips—but her happiest moments are spent at home caring for her six dogs.
